SET, Ready & Go Limited relies on an efficient team of facilitators to deliver an up-to-date, vibrant, and engaging curriculum. Our training facilitators draw on a broad range of experiences and a variety of disciplines to establish existing knowledge, identify gaps and to foster the development of a respectful information sharing environment.
SRG’s facilitators work closely with course participants to achieve synergy and to encourage independent and critical thought through a well structured process which promotes mutual understanding and full participation whilst cultivating shared responsibility.
Together, our training team contributions to the development of an array of training material that keeps us at the leading edge of practical, proven, and useful SHEQ management techniques that are easily transferable outside of the classroom.
